Managing Your Business
Managing Your Business can be a daunting task if you are a start up, without prior business experience. Hence the dramatic statistics referring to the business failure. It is generally known that about 95% of new businesses fail within the first year in business and further 85% of those left after first year will fail in the next five years. Frightening statistics. There can be many reasons for this, however, lack of knowledge and lack of persistence are only two to mention. The list is very long.
How can the statistics be improved and most of all, how can we help those businesses so they are not going to fail? It is two way process. First, the Business Owner, Business Founder, or Manager, must have the right answer to the biggest question in life. This question requires a good , honest answer. It is.....
WHY?
Why do you want to go in to business? Why do you want to do this particular business? Is it because you see other people being in business doing well? Perhaps you know business owners who on the "outside" show that they are very successful, and you want the same? Do you go and do a particular category of business because your friend has gone in to the same line? Or is it to show others that you can do it too? Or is it, because you think that you become wealthy immediately?
Everyone of us will have own reason for choosing to go in to business. The important thing however is that we have a compelling WHY.
VISION
Do you have a clear picture of where you want to be in the next 3- 5 years? Have you got a vision of how your business will grow in that time? Can you envisage your self in that particular business or is your picture telling you something else?
How powerful is your vision? Who will be assisting you on your road to success? Will you work on your own, or employ someone. How many people will you employ? What customers you are going to serve? What products or services are you going to offer?
PASSION
How passionate are you about the business you want to get in to? Is it because this is your hobby, a passion that is turned in to a business , or is it simply a thing of , " well..... it is a business.... isn`t it?".
Doing something without a good, positive, well..... PASSIONATE filling towards what you are about to do, will be not enough to sustain your interest in your business during the hard times.
Thus PASSION is vital ingredients in a successful business venture.

By visiting our website you will be taken to our training programmes and future seminars , which are already planned. We are constantly looking to introduce more seminars to allow us to provide much more information for business and personal development.
Our next Seminar is on Thursday, 30th January 2014 . It is a 3 hour workshop on Work&Life balance where we will be looking at way of understanding our current issues , how they came about and we will show participants, how to remove all of the barriers in order to improve their life in every way. This seminar will touch deep in to our souls, but Participants will leave the session much lighter and with much clearer understanding as well as tools for improvement.
This session is designed to help everyone in:
1. Understanding the reasons for failure and issues in personal and professional path.
2. The ability to remove each obstacle in order to improve their relations and self esteem.
3. Provide tools for future on how to take control of our lives.
4. Learning how to clear old believes and blocks that are slowing down our progress.
